For a China-based Tesla supplier, Consultum Logistic manages the flow of products from China to Tesla’s 10-million-square-foot Gigafactory in Austin, Texas. Inventory ships to a Consultum Logistic-operated warehouse minutes from the Tesla plant. There, we use robot-aided processes to pre-assemble components to speed final production. The work is done in sync with that day’s production schedule and finished units are shipped, just in time, to Tesla.
